Day 15 of 28 Days of Raw - It's Mexican night!

Oh yeah, it's mexican for tonights diner.  Haven't made a raw chilli  in quite awhile and that is what I'm craving.

When it comes to making raw tacos or chilli you definitely need to be a bit creative.  Over do it on the spices and it just tastes awful.  Almonds are a great as taco or chilli meat.  Blended with spices and fresh chilli peppers you wouldn't know it's not the real thing.


Today in my raw food kitchen:

B: Mixed fruit granola bowl

L: 1/2 raw-sted veg sandwich on sunflower buckwheat bread topped with avocado, lettuce and some rawkin cashew mayo.

D: A big bowl of Raw Chilli

Spicy Raw Chilli on a Bed of Lettuce

Ay caramba, a spicy chilli on a bed of lettuce that will knock your socks off and you would never believe its RAW!
